The north side of the building still has the original name of the company painted on it, adding to the historical feel of the Pearl. The City Loft has all the charm inherent in a 1905 building with all the modernization and luxuries a buyer could possibly want.

Units in City Lofts have 14 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling bookshelves with rolling library ladders and walk-in closets. The building has retained its historic integrity with exposed brick and heavy-timber structural beams. There are 13 loft spaces ranging in size from 909 square feet to 2,867 square feet. The first floor is retail and lofts are on second and third floors. Top units have large
roof patios; others have balconies. Amenities include real maple floors (a rarity in condos/lofts now), expansive windows, gas cooking, and secured parking.
