The former site of St. Vincent’s Hospital at the foot of the Northwest Heights was purchased by developer Marty Kehoe in 2005. The Cambridge Condos rise 5 stories, with 3 stories peeking over Northwest Westover Street between NW Glisan and NW Irving Street.

Five intimately grouped buildings feature 61 penthouses and condos plus 9 townhomes. The Cambridge with brick facades integrated with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, mountain and city views, and luxurious finishes was completed in 2007. The townhomes are still in the construction phrase as of May, 2008. Asking prices for the nine penthouse units are some of the highest in Portland.
